By accessing or using any ZentoCloud website, ERP, CRM, SaaS product or consulting service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
2. Use of Services
- You agree to provide accurate business and contact information.
- You must not use ZentoCloud platforms for illegal, harmful or unauthorized activities.
- All logins, dashboards and SaaS accounts are intended solely for the registered customer.
3. Subscription & Payments
- Some services require monthly or yearly subscription fees.
- Payments are non-refundable unless explicitly stated in the service agreement.
- Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of service.
4. Intellectual Property Rights
All ERP modules, CRM systems, source code, UI/UX assets, documentation and brand identity belong exclusively to ZentoCloud unless a separate written contract transfers ownership.
5. Service Availability
ZentoCloud aims for high uptime (typically 99%). Scheduled maintenance, upgrades or server-related tasks may result in temporary downtime, which will be communicated in advance when possible.
6. Data & Security
We use secure servers, encryption and restricted access to safeguard user data. However, no system is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute data protection.
7. Limitation of Liability
ZentoCloud will not be liable for indirect damages such as data loss, revenue loss, downtime caused by third-party hosting providers, or integration failures involving external APIs or vendors.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to services for violation of terms, misuse of platforms, non-payment, or breach of contract.
9. Changes to Terms
ZentoCloud may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
